Appearance: Kino is somewhat average size, compared to most others. He isn't 'tall' and he's not 'short'. He normally enjoys wearing a white, hood-less cloak. It's sleeves, normally stretch down to his elbows. Under he normally wears a black, long sleeved shirt, though usually only when he has the certain cloak on. He has white skin, somewhat pale, as well as brown hair, and blue eyes. Most of which was inherited from his mother.


He wears glasses, his eyes require it. Normally he wears shaded lenses glasses, which make it seem as if he only wears them to appear 'cool', in most's opinion. When he isn't wearing them, life often appears blurry from a distance. A tree would look far away, and it would be quite hard for him to read. He would normally squint his eyes when he needs to read, without his glasses, anyways.


He normally moves quite slowly, never moving too fast. It is apart of his personality, is why he does this. He's lazy, and only moves when he needs to, and usually even then it's not too fast. He's only fast when he needs to be, which includes saving a life, or a few other situations.

Personality: Kino is lazy. He was born lazy, and quiet. As a child, his parents said he hardly did anything for parents to be proud of. His first words were sleep now, his first steps were towards a bed rather than his parents, the only thing they had liked was the fact that he was quiet. Another thing was the fact he liked to 'experiment' with toys, from building blocks to sewing different toys together to see if it would fix them.


Kino is quite experimental, he attempts to solve problems by running them in his head. As a result, he had became quite fond of Medical Ninjutsu. He began to research it at a young age, and has always dreamed of helping others through medical means, and has dreamed of becoming one of the greatest medical shinobi in the village, despite how lazy he was, this was the only exception. He enjoys coming up with new scientifically theories as well, attempting to guess things that often go against the thoughts of religion. Evolution, for example. He doesn't really 'invent' however, the only times he attempts to do so are out of curiosity to find more means to better insure ones safety when having a disease 'cured'


Kino doesn't normally train, even when he does, it's rarely physically. When he does train physically, the training lasts a while. A long while. Usually two days, with breaks of course, but he normally allows for the training to continue. He prefers more strength than speed, as he thinks one hits are better than no damage, yet being capable of dodging.


Kino is often calm in any situation, unless he need be something else. Even when acting, he can be very calm. He enjoys acting, actually. Acting is a main key skill in strategies, often anyways. He also enjoys creating strategies, depending on situations and whether or not they need them. In important situations which require no thinking but fast actions, he would often not strategies and move towards his goal.

History: Kino was born in the village of Konohagakure. His parents were rather.. bored, with Kino. He was lazy, even at birth. His first words showed his laziness. His first steps was towards something he could sleep upon rather than to his mother or father. He had inherited his mother's clan genes. The Nara Clan's, that is. He wasn't too familiar with his father's kekkei genkai, nor his brother's, mainly because he didn't care to know them. He was slightly interested in his own kekkei genkai, though not too much. Or hadn't been at first, anyways. He was always fascinated by Medical Ninjutsu. He began to study at a young age, when he had met a shinobi. The shinobi was a Chuunin, who worked at Konohagakure's hospital. This was when Kino had broken his leg, when climbing up a tree to attempt to hide, and sleep, away from his mother. It hadn't gone successful, though. He had grabbed onto a loose tree branch, which couldn't hold the weight of a bird, let alone Kino. It took little time for his wound to heal, which was what made Kino somewhat interested in medical shinobi.


A month after his visit to the hospital had inspired him to begin studying in the arts of medical ninjutsu. He was doing so at the academy, luckily he had been assigned to a sensei who knew quite a bit about Medical Ninjutsu, seeing as he was originally his genin squad's medical specialist. He studied for months, it was the only thing he actually got up early in the morning for. Without this, he would have been a couch potato, not a shinobi. He would be sleeping in until noon, only getting up to eat before heading back off to sleep. He wouldn't have a job nor a family, besides his siblings and parents. He would be living with his parents, in fact. Or will be, in the future. But no, due to a slight injury, it had changed his life. He had been inspired to become a medical shinobi, one of the best, at that. His sensei was somewhat impressed with the enthusiasm Kino had gave for this, seeing as he barely got excited over anything other than sleep.



Soon enough he had graduated the shinobi academy, with barely good grades. He had performed the requirements for passing the exams, and had passed with ease. Kino was given his head band, which had the Konohagakure symbol on a metal plate in the front. He had a lazy sort of face when achieving it, of course. Ever since he has been rather laid back, only performing missions when he needs the cash, as his parents no longer give him an allowance. Perhaps it was due to the fact that he in a way had a job, and he wouldn't do the chores they gave him anyways. He did very little training, and realized he had needed to do at least some. On a few occasions he would wander to the training grounds and practice jutsu, of his own design, anyways. Other times he would be asleep in his apartment building, which his parents had paid for, and will continue to until he gets cash.




Soon, he took the Chuunin Exams within Konohagakure. He and his genin squadmates had passed the first exam. It was a written exam consisting of ten questions, Kino knew them all, even the tenth. The tenth was the trickier one, it required that he, and his squadmates, decide that they remain in the room when asked. This had something to do with risking their teammates life, and risking the succession of the mission. The second exam had also gone smoothly, sure they had gotten into a few fights, though with Kino's medical knowledge he was able to make quick work of certain wounds. The ones he couldn't get to were capable of waiting until after the exams were completed. They had run into six enemy squads in total, all of which having the wrong scroll, except for the very last squad they attacked. Well, more or less, the squad with the other scroll attacked them. After making it to the tower in Konohagakure, in the exams, they progressed to the third exam, where Kino had successfully passed, however his two squad mates were utterly defeated. It gave him a slight sense of pride, considering he was the only one in his squad to pass.
