Description: The user places their hands next to each other and places them on the target's body. The hands begin to glow from chakra, it is similar to the appearance of Mystic Palm Technique. The chakra is glowing green, and soon, the target's entire body is as well. The green glowing chakra surrounds the target, and begins to scan through it, finding anything that shouldn't be there. This technique is capable of locating anything wrong with the body, internally. It cannot pick up diseases, or mental problems. It can find cuts on the interior of the body without requiring surgery just to see it.

All jutsu have a duration and cooldown so please add them.

Added, though, just saying, this jutsu has no real effect for the target and is somewhat similar to an X-ray, so I made the duration long, and the cooldown short. Will edit to even it out if requested.
